Believe it or not, this is the part I loathe. I love reading the About Me sections of other people though. I could start out by saying, "I knew I wanted to write since the first time I held a crayon in my hand," but that's complete BS. I can't stand when writers write that. But anyway, enough about them, this is About Me!

 What to say? I've been blogging as The Original MaNiC MoMMy since 2004 and I've sold my soul over there to anyone who wanted a peek inside. This does not make my mother happy. Speaking of mothers, obviously, I am one. To three really nice kids. Well, I think they're nice anyway! I have written for a bunch of magazines, newspapers and websites, including Huffington Post, Pregnancy, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Parenting, Curious Parents, Parents Express (sensing a theme here?). I've also been an editor for babyzone.com, bettyconfidential.com and am currently working with parents.com. Again, a theme. I must like pregnancy and kids a lot.

When I'm not blogging or writing articles and what-not, I'm working on my novels. Or thinking about working on my novels. One is done and on submission with my agent. The other is done in my brain and partially on paper but needs to come out of there and get onto the page. The third one ... well, there's a title and an opening paragraph, and some ideas. OK, yeah. This may just be the most titilating "About Me" section in the ENTIRE world, wouldn't you agree?
